Refreshing Summer Salad


8 cups organic spring greens
1 medium mango, sliced
1 1/2 cup pink grapefruit segments
1 1/2 cup raspberries
1 1/2 cup blackberries
1 large avocado, diced
Blackberry Vinaigrette

Gently toss first 6 ingredients together. Serve with Blackberry Vinaigrette.

Blackberry Vinaigrette:

1/2 100z jar seedless blackberry preserves
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
3/4 cup olive oil
1 garlic clove, pressed
1/2 tsp real salt
1/2 tsp cracked pepper

Place all ingredients in the blender and process until smooth. Enjoy!
