Simple Berry Salad

This is a family favorite and a refreshing way of adding Fiber and Omega - 3 oils into your family's diet.


Sliced Strawberries
Blackberries
Blueberries
Ground Flax Seed
Honey

I really don't use measurements for this berry salad. Just mix together in a bowl all the berries you want, a generous amount of ground flax seed and enough honey to make it as sweet as you would like.

That's it! That's why it's called Simple Berry Salad. Enjoy!
